The Portasignatures is a service that the AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations that offers, without the need for any kind of integration, a website where documents that must be signed can be saved.
Authors can define who should sign them and in what order and the tool is responsible for notifying both the signers when they have the document available for signature, and the author when all signatures in the flow they have already finished It can be used for very simple flows (only one signatory) as well as for more complex ones (several signatories, with visual approvals, and in a specific order).
