In these cases you can open a support request through the contact form , telling us:

  • Problem Description
  • data of the affected user (name, surname and ID)
  • one of the following data that identifies the signature flow in question:
    • stream title. Example in image: "Test Flow Support"
    • alphanumeric code that you will find below the editor's name when accessing the flow. If you hover your mouse over it, an icon will appear to copy it.
